Former head of Rosspirtprom (2000-2002). Sergey Zivenko was appointed director of the federal state unitary enterprise Rosspirtprom in May 2000. According to the governmental decree eighteen alcoholic federal state unitary enterprises became branches of Rosspirtprom, besides state shareholdings of more than 100 distilleries were passed to it. Rosspirtprom in particular got majority interest in such plants as the Moscow plant “Crystal” and “Rodnik” (Samara). In 2002 Sergey Zivenko left the position of General Director of Rosspirtprom and founded a company of his own – Commercial & Industrial Group “Cristall”. The Group consists of two distilleries “Kristall” in Kaluga and Obninsk , “Ostrozhenskij distillery”, two distribution companies “Cristall-West”, LLC and “Edinstvo”, LLC. In 2005 one more company within the structure of the CIG “Cristall” was founded - “White Gold”, LLC named after the company's well known premium brand. “White Gold”, LLC is responsible for the brand development and its promotion in Russia and abroad.
